By the way, since you're legal (or so I'm assuming by your being in college), what your dad is doing can be classified legally as assault and battery. Just in case you were wondering. In other words, it's a tort- rather, can be brought to civil court, where you can get monetary remedy. Is he aware of the severity of his actions? And do you have any friends in law school?

Regardless, I'd suggest trying to separate yourself from him in any way possible. You deserve so much better than the way he treats you.
