Things have been shit lately, so I've been thinking about going back to therapy.
But that would kinda make me feel like I failed at accomplishing anything last time, or in the time since then, cause life seemed to be pretty awesome, up until about three weeks ago. :(
Or that I would be put on meds or something. I dunno, I've just been getting really depressed again lately, and I'm getting pissed off very easily again. advice, please.
