"I demand an apology from your fiancee, or I'm demanding the leftover rent for this month on the spot this upcoming saturday and leaving for the comment ' 'tenchi' is gay and wiccan, lock your door'. And it is required by law that she refund me for the part of rent I don't use, since her name is on the lease. If she won't apologize or refund my rent, I will press charges."

not the entire rent, just a total of 100 dollars. by law, if I only paid 400, and stay for 3 weeks, she is required to pay back 100.

and given I'm disabled(I hate to stoop so low, but she forced my hand), I doubt the law would take kindly to her comment anyways, and rule in my favor.

then again, the law isn't perfect. but I'll take my chances. she really hurt me, and feels no remorse. I'll take my money to where it is appreciated.
