At my workplace, everyone is pretty casual around each other. I'm friends with my entire management team...pretty good friends with a couple of them. (They're all fairly young.) When one of the guys is bored he'll come and talk to me and some of the other girls, and a few days ago something happened that shocked me.

He came to talk and he looked really weird...like...sad or pissed off or something. I asked him if he was ok, and he started crying. I'd never seen a guy cry before...ever.
He started telling me how he'd just talked to the guy that bullied him all throughout high school and he'd apologized. He was so happy that he apologized that he was crying. I didn't know what to do! I felt so bad that he was crying, I wanted to hug him, but I didn't know if I should. I thought it was so awesome that I got to see that side of him. Most guys would never show anyone that emotional part of him.
