I'm not sure what to do...

I've got a course discussion thing on Wednesday. I wrote on my application form to the 6th form that I wanted to do biology, chemistry, history and English literature. I put biology and chemistry on there, because I'm good at them, and I thought that I might do medicine if I can't think of anything else to do.
I'm not sure if I am good at anything other than science. I got an A in my English literature mock and an A* in history, but I'm still not sure. I might only hate science because I think that I can't do anything else- for a really brief period when I felt confident, I didn't mind the idea of doing medicine... but I'm not sure. Normally when I feel slightly more confidence, I want to do humanities.
My art teacher wants me to do art, and in a way, I want to do it, because I enjoy it (sometimes) and I have improved quite a lot (apparently) over the two years that I have been doing it for GCSE and I want that to continue.
However, I don't believe my teacher, and I think that I would fail art, anyway. Also, it's not very academic, and universities don't like it.
I think that it would be much safer for me to do science, and then maybe medicine, because I don't know what else I could do. I want to do History, Politics or English Literature at university, but I'm not sure what I would be able to do with that (and I really DON'T want to go into law or education!!!).
I thought that I might do history, English literature, politics and either geography, psychology, economics or world development (geography is probably the best one there for universities, but I hate parts of it). If I did science and I changed my mind and wanted to do history or politics etc., I would still be able to, if I did two sciences at A level... so I'm not sure.
