help my vista laptop refuses to go on line. the troubleshooters says to "restart DHCP client service". How do I do that? I can't find it. I am more familiar with xp but not the Vista. It says the drivers are working but I can not get it to go wireless or directly to my wireless cable hook up ( of which it can't find the adapter either..........

the DHCP service is managed by your router.
try this to set up a static IP as it sounds like your router's DHCP management has gone kapput.
