Honestly, I can't give you a proper time. It's usually different for everyone who experiences them, and there's not one set time. They can last from several minutes to hours, yes. Do you regularly have panic attacks? I think the important thing to focus on would be receiving help for them, rather than how long they last. I understand how horrible it must have been for you, particularly as it lasted so long, and I'm really sorry for that. If you do get panic attacks a lot, or if you just want something to be done about them, then there's no harm in visiting a doctor, y'know?
