there is nothing you can do really, excapt be there for when she needs you or wants to talk to someone about it.
Thats one of the problems with eating disorders... unless some one really wants the help, there is nothing you can do.. and unless they are about to drop dead... then you cant force them in to rehab

The best thing that you can do for your friend is be supportive. Try talking to her about it, and see if she'll tell you why she's doing it. Tell her that what she is doing is potentially very dangerous, and that you are very concerned for her wellbeing. Try to be understanding about her situation. Let her know that you really care about her, and don't want to see her suffering. Seeing a professional about her condition would obviously be for the best, but if she's not willing to do that, just let her know that you want to help her, that you're there for her when she needs someone. Try to be very positive. Don't try to push her into talking to you or a professional, as doing so could make her feel that you're being too pushy. Which could possibly result in her pulling away from you. Just make sure that she knows that you're there when she's ready to talk or needs someone to talk to. Let her know that you care about her for who she is, it's what's inside that really counts, and that you like her just the way that she is. If it's at all possible.... seeking professional help is always best in a situation like this. Best of luck with everything!
