too many ppl try to bum ciggs.. ive actually had people come up to me asking me for ciggs than end up having a conversation with them being a total stranger.. if im not running low or handing out a bunch ill normally give a stranger one because i know what its like to fiend. for me tho its all about how you ask me if ur an asshole your not getting one

At my school, they probably wouldn't offer you a cig if you were a total stranger, but if you asked for one they'd bum it to you and have a conversation. We've got a pretty strong community of bumming smokes.
