ok so i used to use utorrent to download my torrents but the program fucked up and it can't download anymore.. i now use azereus and i was wondering if it was possible to transfer my uncompleted downloads from utorrent to azereus

Actually, you should be able to.
Re-download the exact same torrent (or use the .torrent you already have) and point it to the same file location.
It should detect the incomplete checksum and continue downloading.
