Well.. my friend asked me what I did when I was angry.. And I told him "I usually don't eat for a day." And he started talking about how I shouldn't neglect food because I'm angry. Well I thought about it, and I figured that it was comparable to fasting. When I don't eat, it doesn't last for more than a day, and the next day I'm eating like a normal person.
So I guess my question is, will I suffer anything by not eating for a day? (Except being hungry of course.)
