I feel that I have the right to ask about this because it is about interacting with drug dealers.  Where am I supposed to get that information?  I thought this was the right place to ask because obviously a lot of people here have bought marijuana.

Moderators, if you would just please let me ask this quick question:

If I give somebody money for weed, and they never give it to me, and I don't see them for a long time, should I go to him for it, or is it his responsibility to give me the weed I payed for?
