I don't usually care what my friend does at all, honestly. Because I've come to realize that she's just a liar. Maybe I shouldn't be friends with her, but seeing as I don't have many friends to speak of I have to keep the ones I have.

Even if I have problems with them.

This one though, is unbelievable. She's supposedly 'on vacation' and I just now get a text from her saying how her mother fucked her over by getting lost. Then she says that she has college assignments due online in 15 minutes. So, essentially, she's fucked. Big time.

Oh, no, she tells me how she's going to email her professor with some lame ass excuse about how they were on the road all day, went to dinner and got lost.

Hate to tell her... no professor in their right mind is going to accept that as an excuse for missing assignments.

Sorry... I just had to rant. Its just fucking ridiculous that she thinks that she can treat college like high school. And she'll probably get away with it too. That pisses me off more.

i mean, the prof will probably accept it. And why not? I mean, I go to a college without grades or tests so my thoughts on what college means are a little different. But what's the point of this assignment, to get it in on time or to do it? To do it for whom? for the professor or for herself?

I don't know... I suppose I'm pissed because she doesn't do any of the work until the last minute [she says she has 15 quizzes to do...], and expects to get a passing grade even if she's late.

With my college, I don't even get the option of making an excuse for late or missing work because the only answer I'd get is 'tough shit' basically.

Not only that she had plenty of time to do said work before her supposed vacation. So, I really don't see why she's complaining when its her own fault that this is happening.
