Does anyone else get a huge compulsion to stab/ cut veins when they're 'up'? Whenever the veins on my hands/ feet are raised I have to cut them, I don't think, I just do it.... Is there a reason why I do this? (I self harm normally aswell). Also, to all self- harmers, do you carry around blades? Or do you just use what's to hand?
