Ok i'm on a crash diet and anything I eat I get rid off by exercising or going to the bathroom(not throwing up, going the opposite way out). But then sometimes I think if I start to throw up my food I will loose more weight by doing that. I've lost close to 10 pounds doing by doing this. I'm about to the point to doing anything to loose weight. Do you think this could be the start of an ed?(btw I'm a girl 5'6, 150lb)

Exercise often and don't eat large meals. You should be running every other day and doing things like situps/pushups/bycicles/crunches etc etc on every odd day(Example: Day1: jog, day2: situps/etc, day3: jog: day4: situps/etc rinse and repeat) the most important thing to do is STICK WITH IT. Doesn't do much good if you skip lots of days because you don't feel like it or drop it after a while.
