I am just curious about this what it take to convince the next president of the USA and congress to pass a law legalizing marijuana, I mean in all reality it's just a hyped up cigarette and in my opinion it helps you sleep better at night time so whats the big deal

Marijuana was made illegal for so many other reasons beyond drug use. Cotton, for example had influences.

It helps a lot more things than sleeping, but I think it would take a lot of revisions to documents, time and money to legalize it... Worth it to me, but not to the majority of citzens.

I believe one of the main reasons it was made illegal was because of blacks.
