First off, get your ass to a doctor. Second, expose yourself to lots of natural sunlight every day. Even on a cloudy day there is much more brightness outside than in a lit up room. Take a long walk or something. And since you say you've got all the symptoms, i'm guessing you're depressed? I'm no expert on that, but I guess you could pick something you enjoy a lot and do it every day. Stay active. And again, go see a doctor.
