Your best bet is to be open and come out with it. How many people have you really told about it? Not just the fact it hapepned, but I mean your emotions, trauma, and all that over the whole thing? Honestly, no matter the situation, I have found that honesty and open-ness can cure a lot of things and a lot of tension going on inside of you. You especially should make sure your boyfriend knows everything you're going through. Everybody wants you to feel better and as for your touching issue, just take it slowly - you know, holding hands with your boyfriend then gradually touching a little more. Don't try to do anything all at once.
