That's an awful situation but I think the most important thing is not to take it out on your best friend. When you're in a tough emotional situation it can be easy to lash out at everyone who is even remotely involved but you need to keep your friends and even though it's her sister, try to remember that has nothing to do with your friend and try to ignore the couple as best you can.
