Can't be that eco-friendly considering its a two door, inline six (with forced induction) performance car. Tempo's get anywhere from 18MPG (city economy for V6 third gens) to 34MPG (highway economy for diesel first gens). Also, the 2.3L HSO I4 equipped models with the Mazda MTX-III put out 7.7 tons of C02 a year. Which isn't too shabby.

2 door means nothing when it comes to gas mileage, actually if it DID then it would mean its less vehicle meaning less weight meaning better gas mileage.
