yea, they should be able to smoke, and i think that it should be up to the buissness to decide if it is ok to smoke in that establishment. I think given the choice there will be a fairly even break, as with ventalation and everything it is more expensive to have smokers. *shrug* if you dont like it, dont go to a restaurant with smoking...

Yes, in private areas and they should have "smoking/non-smoking" areas(bars for example), needs to be up to the business owners.

My thinking is, "Sure!" go ahead and kill yourselves. It's their choice and none of my business.
Although, letting people hurt themselves is a lot like other things that aren't right, like actual suicide, and in that case I'd have to say no.
