The freezing wind
blows up the hill,
carrying with it
an icy cold chill

The stars are out,
they're shining brightly
as I curl under the covers
sheets wound around tightly

I'm dreaming of people
they're special and few
so it's impossible to know
if I'm dreaming of you.

Life goes on by,
outside on the street
full of loud strangers
and their bustling feet.

Dawn's light arises
it is shining bright
but the tightly wound covers
are obstructing my sight.

So onward I fly
through the bright blue
forward and onward,
flying to you.
