Ok so I need a good (free) program to edit mp3 files. Basically I want to crop out parts of songs to use as ringtones. I used to have a program but it won't install for some reason. I was thinking of downloading Audacity but I don't know how good it is. Any feedback on it..or any suggestions of something better?

You could use Phonezoo, and then use the option to just download the finished MP3.
