I don't think much would change. 70 year of illegalization, and people still smoke it. In the begining, it would be popular, but then I think weed would just turn into a party substance, like beer. No biggie, you know.

its probably going to be the same and thats because a lort of people are using illegal drugs its just that they dont get in trouble for it.
