I just got it 2 days ago and for the most part know how to work everything..only problem is I don't know how to use AIM on it. It says it is on the phone and there is the icon for blackberry messenger but every time I go to IM someone it says I can only start conversations with people in my contact list..so like the numbers I have stored in my phone.
