I feel like I've been in my own world for so long, that I have to bring myself to be in a social mode. It's just the thought of it is so exhausting. Like I feel it will drain all my energy. However, when I convince myself to be outgoing, it's not too tiring, I guess I just need to practice socializing more so it will come naturally & actually be good. It's just so hard to change if you know what i mean?
Can anyone relate or give advice? thankss

I can definitely relate. You just have to move one foot in front of the other, and eventually you'll walk.

do you mean that metaphorically, or that you'll just walk into or over to a person, and have to spark up a conversation with them?

I can relate, mr. anon. I'm an introvert by nature. I like listening and lecturing but not really talking about myself.

it takes a lot of effort, but yeah, you can. Sometimes I moments when I totally fall back into being a complete introvert for like a day or two, but overall its all good.
