That's as close as you'll get. It's not word, but it's as good as MS Office.

You can get a trial version from the microsoft site. It'll work, but only for a month or so.
I'd say just go for openoffice.org. If you are just typing basic documents, it's not worth all the money to pay for word. Open Office is free, and it works pretty well.
