He doesn't want a relationships, then there isn't much you can really do to be honest because it sounds to me like his mind is made up. People might think it would be better if the two of you are together however it has to be something you both want, which he doesn't. Maybe talk to him about it however I'm assuming the reason he doesn't want to be in a relationship is because he's enjoying having fun with different girls and doesn't have ties to them.
The fact that you have fallen for him it shows that maybe you can't handle being hook up buddies now because your feelings have gone past the "just wanting sex" stage. So try and distance yourself from him a bit it might not be the easiest thing for you to do however maybe it is the wisest, because you don't want to fall deeper when the guy doesn't have the same feelings.
You might have them moments of looking at each other and know you should be together, however right now it's not an option so save yourself some heartache.
