And, yeah, I'm sure I love him...I've known him for two years and we've been dating for eight months and I just love him with all my heart...all this that happened...it was all a mistake and I wish he'd just forgive me. He hid something from me...and it upset me...I know he didn't mean to but it did...and everything that followed was just as fucked up, was just as wrong...and it freaked me out, it hurt...if only he'd done just one thing differently or if only I'd done one thing differently...

I think he dumped me, he said he wants me to "get my shit together" but I don't even know what that means, I haven't gotten to work it out with him... But it was all just a mistake and I'm very sorry, I'm human and I messed up and I'm suffering, I can't do anymore than I already have.

I'm sorry that you are going through that.  If you are optimistic, you should look at the bright side.  At least when all this is done and over with you will be a stronger person.  Teen romances and first heartaches teach you much more than you would think.  They teach you to be independent and to not give your full heart to someone who may break it.
