Is it legal for an 18 year old to date an almost 17 year old in the state of Florida as long as the parents consent and no sex is involved?

Yes, It's pretty much Legal. I'm not sure but I think it's legal for a minor of the age of 16 to date an adult with sexual activity [Just saying, Don't take my word on that.] You guys are almost 18 though and the age is similar so I personally see no problem.
