New brakes for the Volvo!

The brakes are toast in the Volvo, so this time I'm gonna upgrade them to:

these pads:

and these rotors:

I've never tried Hawk pads before, but heard great things about them

They're not racing pads or anything special. Just ceramic street performance pads.. they still last long.
Why wouldn't I upgrade to performance pads?
In my Sentra it did make a difference, so I'm doing it here too.. plus I want the car my girl drives to stop as suddenly as possible obviously.
