1. shitposting forum - when someone posts a thread in the wrong forum, a mod will move it into the shitposting forum where it is fair game

2. no more bans - instead, when a user is banned they will continue to be able to post, but no one will be able to read their posts except for other banned users

dave please make these priorities numbers 1 and 2 tia
