1. get off lw.
2. get off the chair.
3. walk out the door, trying not to hurt yourself between computer and door.
4. get your bike.
5. try to remember it, through all the hours of lw brain melting sessions, how to RIDE it.
6. ride down the street, but not in the middle of it. :/
