Try lying down on your side so that the cut is facing upwards. Gravity might help it, but keep applying pressure and, I know this sounds disgusting, but lick your fingers and rub spit on the cut cause saliva helps the blood to clot. Try and hold the skin together and like I said keep applying pressure. It might take a while for the blood to clot.
