Do you smoke in general? I'm trying to stop smoking and start lifting again.. I cant gain wieght if my life depended on it.. But you have my moral support.. And I'm proud to see another person taking measures on their own to better themself.. I wish you the best.. take it slow.. be strong.. the satisfaction in knowing your beating it is worth it.. same with me not smoking..
