Unfortunately, I've been forced to commute to a college for my first year because of complications that I had to go through during my senior year so my "freshman experience" is kind of shot to hell. But getting to the point, I'm looking at schools that I really want to go to (some that I applied to and didn't get into because of the previously mentioned complications and some that had placed me on their waitlist) and I stumbled across UNC at Chapel Hill. Does anyone know anything about it - good or bad? What do you think about it? If you go there, that would definitely help - anything you have to offer would be great.

All I really know is that by North Carolina state law, 79% of those admitted must be residents of North Carolina.

UNC Chapel Hill is a great school, one of the top one of the country, actually.  It's really hard to get into though, I've heard.
