Last week I saw a very bad car accident happen a few feet away from me and I haven't been the same since. I feel very paranoid lately and I always feel like I'm in danger. I have been getting these things I call "daymares" almost constantly. Usually in the daymare I see a killer behind me or I see some one hurting me or I see myself getting run over by a car. They are very scary. Walking home from school is a nightmare for me. I always feel like some one is going to mug me.
I even feel like I am going to be hit by a car the whole time. Can some one please help me? do not want to live like this. Thank you.

Not good to feel that way, the chances of an average joe of hurting themselves (excluding if this average joe does wildly crazy things) of getting hurt is very slim compared to the chance of living a overall healthy life, if everyone was in so much danger than how are we all still here today.

why dont you try and write it all out keep track and then talk to your doctor and she if she or he can help i know that seems like alot but trust me they may know what to do you can try to figure out why you think these things for example, in my opinon you are afriad of you dying or someone killing you next time you see the killer i know this sounds really stupid but if you have enough time ask him or her why they are there i know i know it sounds dumb... i am sorry you saw a car accident that will never go away but it can get better message me for a update of how your doing or if you want to talk....good luck....
