I can't choose between these two! Please can you guys tell me the pros and cons of each.
I would like to know in particular
which city is more expensive? which city has a lot more to do/see ( museums/parks)? which city is easier to get around? which city has a more variety of restaurants ( Indian in particular)?
Please help! Thanks.
How long should i spend there 1 week/2 weeks?
Any experiences in either cities!

Let's get this right, you want to go to Spain and Italy, two of the best food countries in the world, and you want Indian. Are you insane!??!!
Barcelona is fantastic, but Rome, being a capital city, has perhaps more to do. Barcelona is cheaper though.

I would guess Rome is more expensive (but they're probably close). Rome most likely has more to do in terms of tourism. Barcelona is very easy to get around. Barcelona has great food, but Rome does have good food. If it were my decision, I'd go to Barcelona but I'm Spanish so oh well! You'll have fun either way.

Barcelona is much nicer, cleaner then rome, although i have never been to either i know someone who has and she loved barcelona and loathed rome. Once you get past the vatican, colisuem and a few other things rome is just a degrading slum (apparently) whilst barcelona is a triving artistic and culture haven (apparently).
