Contextually, toujours and encore are used for "still."
so
"Tu n'as pas encore fait tes devoirs?"
but
"Tu es toujours avec cette chienne de Long Island?"
As per the OP, "Je t'aime toujours," would be French.

Im quite aware that it can be used...but something you wouldenty say in normal speech...like toujour would be used more to say always but not as much for still since there is another more clear word to describe the word still
