If your gonna get a motorcycle just don't be an idiot and get the like 2000cc and shit. Just get a 150cc or 200cc if they make it.
Otherwise i'd go with the moped. Theres just no see for that much power. It's a death trap for a teen, especially while trying to impress friends or a pretty gal.
