okkkk, so i hav been making myself sick for about a year now, a few months ago i just got completely fed up with the constant binging & purging, weighing, obsessing over cals etc. the last 2 months hav been pure hell for me, but i was determined to be try and be ok. and now today i hav just made myself sick for the first time in 2 1/2 months. The only person who knows is my friend who is anorexic & we don't talk that much anymore cos she is to ill....this sucks...
i dunno why im posting this its just nice to get it out cos nobody knows how much im suffering right now. i hate myself so much.
