OP, like others have mentioned on here, it's not that difficult to do a salute. It's a simple picture of yourself holding a piece of paper with your username written out on it.

It might be just be me. But the onus of proof is on the prosecutor or in this case the person who is trying to prove that the OP is not who she says she is. So personally I would not do it, you have nothing to prove. If she found some proof that the OP is not the person she is in those photos, she should present it to the moderators.
