me and a few friends are going to camel beach on friday. she wanted to lose weight before then, but she didn't lose as much as she wanted to. she wanted to lose about 10 more pounds by friday, so shes telling me she won't eat, and all shes going to do is drink water. i told her it's not going to work, but she's doing it anyway.

how much weight will she actually lose? and is it worth it?
just so i can convince her?

no, she won't loose it, maybe she'll loose 3-5 pounds, DEFINATELY not ten, not without a ton of exercise, it's just a waste of time.  Has she ever done it before? cause if not i can almost guarantee she'll decide not to go through with it on her own, she'll see it's too hard and pretty stupid
