he said were good friends. were sleeping together and were just good friends?!
and he said im a great catch and he feels lucky that im seeing him BUT he doesnt want anything commitments...

If he is in College it could be that he really doesn't want an exclusive relationship and be thought of as cheating on you when he is with another girl. He just wants to keep his options open without any type of commitments.
Or it could be the fact that he really does not want to commit to a relationship and that stage in his life.
