Federer will be back next year.
Chin up, my friend.  Although he lost a crucial match, I still remember his 1st Round loss to Ancic after making it to the Quarters the year prior.  Federer is certainly a phenomenal player, and both are exceptionally humble given the circumstances of their match ups throughout the various years.  Instead of winning 6 consecutive Wimbledon finals, he'll have to win at least a few more before retiring.

He can break Sampras' record.

Without a doubt.  And if you look at the various other championships, Federer has won US Open Consecutively for 3 years, won 3+ Tennis Masters Cups, and won countless other accomplishments.

No, I don't. There's something I don't like about Nadal.

Why don't you take a page from Nadal's speech done in humility and apply it to how you're acting right now?

Exactly. Whoever said he was finished because he lost one match is a moron.

Federer still has an amazing career ahead of him. One loss is really nothing to him.

Federer's Record

Nadal's Record

You'll notice a startling similarity that Roger has more titles than Nadal?

God, you're like a broken record. Federer is the number one seed, regardless of what happened today.

Federer won Wimbledon and US Open 4-Time back-to-back (2004-2007), Borislav.  Does that still mean that Nadal has still claimed #1 in the World due to his Fifth Grand Slam Title?

I do have to say, Rafael was amazing. I cheered for him all the way through, Im glad I saw one of the best and longest Wimbledon finals in this century.

Federer, I felt really bad for him. McEnroe was talking to him afterwards and Federer almost started crying and McEnroe hugged Federer and showed sympathy. Poor Federer!
