I am not a good judge. In my opinion if the guy has it all together he doesn't need tatoos, body jewelry or any other type of jewelry. His intelligence, character, personality and charm should be all that he needs. Tatoos are an immature way to get attention....in my opinion.

I don't have a problem with tattoos as long as they aren't some stupid shit that you'll obviously regret in 10 years. If it's meaningful, like something for a deceased relative or friend, or representing beliefs, etc. then they are fine. I'm completely ok with that. My mom has a tattoo for me, and I think it's nice. I would get one if I ever had something meaningful I wanted to represent. (I don't want to just get some retarded looking flower or heart or whatever that most teens/20's girls get)
