though i have no emotional energy for that shit left, plus it doesnt help that the shitty environment that worsens these peoples lives isn't really going to change any time soon

the thing is that many of us have tried, and nothing has changed because of shitty policy decisions, so thats why i say you shouldnt expect many people to support when they feel unappreciated and notice that this site has become teenspot

nobody can work miracles, but its pointless to bother 'supporting' on a site where fundemental flaws prevent the atmosphere from being supportive or anything for improving

I can't really say there's an exact reason for the lack of support, but you've got to remember that support leaders are human too. We all have lives outside of LiveWire and coming on here to help other people can't always be our first priority. You have every opportunity to become a Support Leader if you want to, it's not difficult to go and apply.

People on here are busy. I don't know about the US, but in the UK it's exam period right now and people probably come on here to relax rather than to get stressed. I know the support isn't always 100% but people do try.

lol, yes you are. if you didn't give a shit, you simply wouldn't bother.

anyway. i don't know what to say in response to the OP's original point. i personally still think i'm supportive (you can disagree with this if you so wish, i think i reply enough in the support forms when i can), and i can't speak for other support leaders. take it up with the mods or david to demote shitty SLs and to promote new people, it's not like there's anything we can do about it.
