Hey
Im making this post cause I really don't know how to go about things atall.
I don't wanna bore you with all the details of me my life and I, but basically over the last year I started having problems with anorexia/bulimia, and its only in the last month that I have really gotten help, and just in time too really.
Thats all been going really well with the eating, and I have my freinds to thank for this =]
But thing is, over this time I did alot of selfish things, and was just a totally shite friend you know, self obsessed and just not fun to be around atall.
I can completely understand my freinds having had enough of it, everyone has their problems etc etc.
But I really dont know where I stand, I feel like everyone just doesnt wanna know me anymore, and I dont even feel like im being me.  Like il say something and then il feel like an idiot.  Iv just got zero confidence, and so Im just not a part of anything.

The longer I leave it the worse its going to get, I actually feel like I have no freinds.
and my best freind wants nothing to do with me.
what can I do though? =(

any help much appreciated guys
and really sorry bout blabbing on ^ hah

Zero self esteem usually is a self fulfilling prophecy and therefore it keeps itself going even when there is no real reason for it.  You should be proud of yourself for taking back control like you did and perhaps you do sense a real mild fatigue from your friends. But that's OK. That's what friends are for. If you again start to have E.D. try leaning on your friends - it's OK- but deal with an experienced professional counselor if at all possible. As for your friends now, give them some time to re-charge their batteries so to speak. In the meantime, you'll be coming back to them anew.

Thanks Al Legator
I think they just dont know how to act around me, like I scare them.
cause its been like up and down for so long, like they have all become closer talking about how to help me and now that I have come back "new me" its like I dont have a place there, they're all so close and I sort of feel resented by them in a way,
like not needed so why bother type thing?
I feel like im only liked for being the confident out-there funny rebelious chick, but now that im lacking the confidence nobody wants to know
=S
