Ok, so the other day our band had a jazz concert. I had a solo in the same song my friend does. Before we went on, I asked her if she was nervous and she said no, because you're performance is going to make me look GREAT! So, in the song when we finally get to the solo lines, I'm good untill the end when I think about what she said and I start to choke and mess up. She plays hers, not flawless but, better than mine. Afterwards she comes up to me and says, nice solo! and starts to laugh. Now whenever I see her, I think about what she says and I start to get angry or i'm about to cry. We have been friends for a long time and I don't know how to tell her how I feel and still be cool with her.

Wow, she sounds like someone I wouldn't want to be friends with. Is she typically like this now? Sometimes people change completely after a long time of knowing her.

Just call her and tell her that y'all need to talk. Say, "You know, the way you acted at the jazz concert really hurt my feelings." If she doesn't get it, then you should think about finding a new friend. She's not worth your time if that's the case.
