it's ok I thought I knew what I wanted to and people were always so impressed and then I changed my mind. Just do your own thing and be happy, the other people don't matter.

I want to first go through my schooling, then become a para for disabled childeren, then eventually become an elementary teacher (preferably fifth grade) Marry my Fiancee and settle down in my house back home in Oklahoma that I inherited when dad died...and live life

You could always do both. :) if you can handle it, try night school or something.
Or if you take a year break, do a small course in between. You don't have to restrict yourself to one thing, especially if you feel you need more in life.
I'm going to finish my music course, the do the following certificates in order to be able to teach. Then, perhaps travel, and do a few things on the side. Not sure what they'll be yet. :)

Don't worry most people going into college have no idea what they want to be and more than half of them change their first choice for a major. You don't have to decide right this second. You still have a few years to mull if over. Just think about what you are passionate about. I mean like what you would do even if you weren't getting paid because you love it that much. For instance I love languages and I would still have learned Spanish even if I didn't become an interpreter. Find something like that and you'll never be bored with your job.
